Clickity Privacy & Confidentiality Policy
At Clickity, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy & Confidentiality Policy explains how we handle your information when you work with us.
- Information Use – We only collect the information necessary to complete your project. We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent.
- Confidentiality – All employees and contractors at Clickity sign binding non-disclosure agreements. Your project details, files, and personal information are kept strictly confidential and cannot legally be discussed or shared by our team.
- Data Retention – We do not store personal data beyond what is required to complete your project or as required by law. All project files are securely deleted, with a copy of final project retained securely for our records, and your materials are returned at completion.
- Payment Information – Any payment details you provide will be used solely for approved transactions and your payment details will not be stored beyond their initial payment processing.
- Materials & Expenses – Clients are responsible for providing any materials required for their project outside of Clickity’s standard tools and reasonably expected office equipment (computers, internet, Microsoft office software). If additional expenses are necessary, their acquisition and purchase are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Intellectual Property – Once your project is paid in full, all deliverables created by Clickity belong entirely to you. We retain no rights to any drafts, ideas, completed projects, or product that were part of your project without your written permission.
- Legal Compliance – We may only disclose information if required by law or court order.
- Security – We maintain reasonable safeguards to protect your data from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.
- Clickity Personnel Information Privacy- Client agrees that any engagement with a Clickity team member will remain professional in nature and any names, phone numbers, and email addresses will not be shared or used outside of the reasonable scope of the project assigned. Use of Clickity team's private information is prohibited unless permission is given in writing by Clickity team member and the project with Clickity has completed.
